- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding performance management and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters including employee relations and conflict resolution
- Support organizational development initiatives including training succession planning and employee engagement
- Maintain and update HRIS systems and ensure accurate employee records
Monitor compliance with labor laws and handle audits or inspections as needed
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning
- Manage compensation and benefits administration in coordination with finance
Requirements
- 5years of experience as "Senior HR Generalist
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
