Job Description
Job Title: IT Network Analyst - Law Firm
Primary Location: Dallas TX (On-site) 5 days a week
Position Type: Direct Hire
Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $69000-$86000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. TalentFish is casting a line for an IT Analyst with Law firm background required! This is a first-level IT role with the primary responsibility of providing technology solutions and support to customers ensuring smooth daily IT operations supporting meeting/event technologies and participating in IT projects and initiatives. The IT Analyst also contributes to advancing organizational effectiveness and exceptional service delivery.
What Youll Do-
Provide timely technical support and high-quality solutions for software and hardware requests; promote new technologies.

Facilitate and support meeting technology events and tools including video conferences client presentations and special events.

Collaborate with firm-wide departments to ensure accurate scheduling and execution of meetings.

Answer first-level support calls/emails and provide on-site end-user support.

Install and maintain computer software standards per departmental requirements.

Escalate and resolve software/hardware issues across IT teams.

Maintain operational availability of office computers and printers.
-
Keep asset management system accurate and up to date.

Use Firm call tracking tools to log update escalate and close tickets with full lifecycle documentation.

Act as liaison between firm IT groups and customers to ensure service requests are resolved.

Participate in IT initiatives projects and deployments; promote training and user acceptance of software.

Support mobile device technologies and remote access tools (Citrix VPN).

Coordinate responses to service events (planned/unplanned outages maintenance).

Adhere to security policies and regulations for data handling.

Work flexible hours as needed for planned/unplanned support; light travel may be required.

Proficiency in Technologies:

Microsoft Operating Systems (installation/configuration).
-
Microsoft Office Suite.
-
ServiceNow MS Teams.
-
Remote access architectures (Citrix VPN).
-
Mobile technologies (iOS iPadOS).
-
Networking technologies (LAN/WAN cabling devices).
-
Inter/Intra/Extranet technologies.
-
Document Management Systems (iManage/Work 10).
-
Data security and related applications.
-
Project management practices.
-

Customer Service & Communication: Strong knowledge of customer service principles with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education & Experience:
-
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).

3 years of experience providing direct IT support in business solutions software hardware and networking.

3 years of LAN/WAN and network systems support/management.
-
3 years configuring installing and maintaining client PC operating systems and devices.
-
Professional services or law firm experience strongly preferred.
