Aper u du poste
Le/La candidat(e) retenu(e) travaillera sur un large ventail de dossiers complexes de financement et de fusions et acquisitions y compris des transactions transfrontali res impliquant de grandes institutions financi res des soci t s de capital-investissement et des multinationales. Ce poste offre une importante visibilit aupr s des clients et la possibilit de contribuer significativement des transactions de grande envergure.
Exigences
- 4 7 ans dexp rience en financement et/ou en fusions et acquisitions au sein dun grand cabinet davocats
- Solides comp tences en r daction en n gociation et en analyse
- Capacit d montr e g rer efficacement les transactions et les relations clients
- Le bilinguisme (anglais/fran ais) est un atout ; Une exp rience internationale est un atout.

We are currently working with a leading international law firm that is seeking a Mid-Senior Associate to join its corporate group with a focus on financing and M&A transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong transactional experience to join a forward-thinking globally integrated team.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will work on a broad range of complex financing and M&A matters including cross-border transactions involving major financial institutions private equity firms and multinational corporations. The role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to high-profile deals.
Key Requirements
- 4 7 years of post-call experience in financing and/or M&A at a recognized law firm
- Strong drafting negotiation and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage transactions and client relationships effectively
- Bilingualism (English/French) is preferred; international experience is an asset
