The Group Program Coordinator Security reports to the Global Security Portfolio Director plays a key role in supporting the effective planning coordination communication and administration of portfolio operations.
This role is based in our Melbourne CBD office.
The role
This role requires an understanding of program and project management methodologies financial oversight risk management and communication strategies to ensure sound governance and effective execution across portfolio program and project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain the portfolio roadmap master schedules budgets and expenditure tracking.
- Implement and manage 3PM governance tools reporting and documentation standards.
- Liaise across internal security technology and business teams to minimise project impacts.
- Manage access to team tools and systems including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with frameworks and maintain program documentation and repositories.
- Support financial activities including forecasting reporting purchase orders invoicing and burn rate analysis.
- Facilitate status reporting project site maintenance and dashboard development to track spend and benefits.
- Oversee RAID activities including risk issue and dependency management across the program.
- Assist in planning and coordination of change management activities.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Portfolio Director and respond to ad hoc requests.
Qualifications :
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Systems Analysis or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Min 5 years experience supporting complex projects or programs within large corporate environments.
- Proven track record in project or program coordination or project management within high-value large-scale delivery environments.
- Understanding and hands-on experience with project/program financial management processes.
- Demonstrated capability in managing program information and documentation in line with governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting or coordinating change management activities within a program context.
- Skilled in identifying managing and resolving risks and issues across large programs.
- Exposure to heavy industries (e.g. manufacturing mining oil & gas) is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with Power BI and the development of dashboards and reporting tools.
