Design:
- Contributes to new training program design and existing program enhancements.
- Assists in the development and creation of lesson plans and training aids.
Deliver:
- Actively engage in self-study and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to rapidly gain proficiency in the content and subject matter you will be facilitating.
- Set up and manage logistics for training sessions ensuring all materials technology (e.g. virtual platforms projectors) and resources are prepared and functional.
- Lead and facilitate engaging virtual blended and live learning experiences for individual contributors and people leaders.
- Create a participatory and inclusive learning environment encouraging active engagement and knowledge retention.
Monitor:
- Monitors the effectiveness of training on employees using individual or group performance results.
- Collects feedback on sessions from attendees to use for future improvements to content and presentation.
- Regularly conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning programs using data-driven insights to make data-backed decisions.
- Observe senior L&D professionals and actively seek feedback to continuously enhance your facilitation and development skills.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in instructional design or related areas are a plus.
- Situational Leadership Certified is a plus!
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in facilitation and program management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
