Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and ticketing system in a timely and courteous manner.
Identify and resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of 12 years of customer service or support experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
