We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Representative to join our team in Miami FL. In this role you will serve as the main point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are met efficiently while maintaining strong ongoing relationships. You will play a key role in facilitating communication between clients and internal teams to guarantee service satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain client accounts ensuring prompt response to inquiries and requests
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Provide accurate information about products services and processes
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions or escalate when necessary
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and successful service delivery
Monitor account activity resolve issues and report on client satisfaction
Assist in preparing service agreements quotes and follow-up documentation
Maintain organized and up-to-date client records
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in customer service account management or a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with a proactive approach to client care
