- Support training sessions for vendors either on-site or at the office.
- Help facilitate smooth communication and coordination across teams to support onboarding activities.
- Monitor and report stock levels of tablets and paper rolls.
- Assist in logging and tracking vendor feedback bug reports and system-related issues.
- Inform the line manager and finance team about damaged lost or stolen tablets.
- Help maintain positive relationships with vendors and external parties.
- Provide regular updates on onboarding activities to the line manager and supervisors.
- Support with any ad-hoc tasks related to the onboarding process.
What do you bring to the table
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business IT or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized proactive and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets Jira or Salesforce is a plus.
- Team player with a hands-on attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
