Job Description

Whats on your menu

  • Assist in setting up tablets with local SIM cards for vendors.
  • Support training sessions for vendors either on-site or at the office.
  • Help facilitate smooth communication and coordination across teams to support onboarding activities.
  • Monitor and report stock levels of tablets and paper rolls.
  • Assist in logging and tracking vendor feedback bug reports and system-related issues.
  • Inform the line manager and finance team about damaged lost or stolen tablets.
  • Help maintain positive relationships with vendors and external parties.
  • Provide regular updates on onboarding activities to the line manager and supervisors.
  • Support with any ad-hoc tasks related to the onboarding process.
     

What do you bring to the table

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Business IT or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized proactive and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets Jira or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Team player with a hands-on attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
