Job Description

Are you a natural leader with a passion for poker

Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced high-energy environment to take charge of our poker operations.

Were looking for a confident and experienced Poker Supervisor to bring energy leadership and precision to our card room. In this role youll oversee poker operations support and guide dealers and ensure every game runs smoothly fairly and in line with regulations.

Youll be the central figure of poker operations - resolving disputes maintaining compliance and delivering an exceptional guest experience every time.


Qualifications :

To be successful youll need a solid background in poker or table games supervision strong leadership and communication skills and a cool head under pressure.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service are essential.

Ideally youll hold a valid Personal Functional Licence (PFL) and have a strong understanding of gaming compliance and procedures.


Additional Information :

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Previous experience as Cardroom Supervisor is required

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
