Overall responsible for daily legal affairs for dedicated Scope including but not limited in consultancy contracts advise tackle legal dispute and issues.
Draft review and maintain legal documents contract templates and other necessary legal materials.
Plan and deliver legal training of legal compliance & relevant requirements.
Provide ad-hoc legal support to business projects and collaborate with global legal colleagues and other key stakeholders.
Leading internal process for legal cases through arbitration or litigation.
Support China Legal & Governance team to handle other ad-hoc legal affairs.
Focus on employee relationship area or familiar with labour law.
Qualifications :
Solid knowledge of Chinese laws in labour or employee relationship areas.
