Job Description
Full Lifecycle Recruitment
- Responsible for maintaining a full requisition load executing end-to-end recruiting (profiling process sourcing interviewing and evaluating) across all Red Bull entities within respective region while following outlined processes and procedures as applicable
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Drive Business Partnerships
- Collaborate with leadership and Talent Business Partners (TBPs) to understand organizational goals and workforce planning needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers TBPs and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs
- Promote transparency in the TA process by ensuring regular communication with hiring teams and members of Talent
Strategic Thinking
- Adapt recruitment strategies in response to changing business needs and market conditions
- Develop creative solutions to overcome recruitment challenges
- Stay informed about industry trends and challenges to attract top talent
Data-Driven Insights & Technology
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to inform and improve talent acquisition strategies
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes
Recruitment Marketing
- Leverage social media platforms for employer branding and candidate outreach
- Use hiring resources provide talent context and use networking skills to help meet talent needs
- Implement strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool and promote an inclusive hiring process
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition with an emphasis on DEI
- Knowledge of CPG a plus
- Adaptable communication skills and the ability to influence and drive decision making
- A history of proactive delivery against talent needs
Additional Information :
This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $92000 - $138000 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
