Job Description
- Manage and optimize the performance of a portfolio of affiliate partners focusing on increasing active and producing affiliates.
- Recruit onboard and nurture relationships with new affiliates negotiating competitive agreements to maximize profitability.
- Design and execute strategic campaigns for top-performing affiliates to drive revenue and engagement.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance affiliate program outcomes.
- Monitor competitive trends in the affiliate marketing and iGaming industries adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Use industry-standard tools and platforms to track performance and manage affiliate relationships.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations advertising standards and company policies in all affiliate activities.
- Develop and distribute high-quality marketing materials creative assets and promotional content to affiliates.
- Collaborate with internal teams on cross-department acquisition programs and initiatives.
- Deliver detailed performance reports weekly monthly and on an ad-hoc basis to inform strategic decision-making.
Stay updated on industry trends innovations and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of three years of experience in online marketing with a strong background in affiliate management advertising account management SEO or media buying.
- Proven success in managing affiliate programs driving growth and optimizing revenue within online gaming sports betting or a related industry.
