Job Description
Were currently offering a range of culinary opportunities with flexible arrangements including casual part-time and full-time roles. If you have experience in fast-paced restaurant or event settings wed love to hear from you.
Youll work across two well-equipped kitchens and multiple outlets contributing to a variety of services including la carte buffet cold larder mise-en-place and large-scale banquets.
We are actively recruiting for the following roles:
- Chef de Partie Full-Time
- Commis Pastry Chef Part-Time
- Commis Chef Casual

Qualifications :
About You
Were looking for team members who bring both skill and passion to the kitchen. Ideally youll have:
- Relevant trade qualifications and previous experience in hotel or high-volume kitchen environments
- A strong understanding of food safety standards and compliance
- A service-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills across all levels of the kitchen
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights weekends and public holidays
