The City Manager will oversee and manage all parking operations within the city. This role involves
ensuring the efficient operation of parking facilities managing a diverse team developing and
implementing operational strategies and driving customer satisfaction. The City Manager will also be
responsible for fostering relationships with local government entities businesses and other owners
while ensuring that the parking operations align with local regulations and industry best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all parking facilities within the city ensuring
smooth operations and efficient utilization of resources - Develop and implement strategies to optimize parking capacity enhance revenue and
reduce costs. Ensure that parking facilities meet all local regulations and company
policies. - Monitor key performance indicators such as occupancy rates revenue per space and
customer satisfaction to evaluate operational performance. - Prepare regular financial reports and performance summaries for senior management
highlighting successes and areas for improvement. - Lead motivate and manage a team of parking attendants supervisors and other onsite personnel.
- Provide training guidance and performance management to ensure that staff delivers
high-quality customer service and adheres to operational procedures. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to promote
continuous improvement. - Maintain strong relationships with local businesses government agencies and other
community owners to ensure that parking services meet the needs of the city. - Ensure that customer service standards are consistently met across all parking
locations including timely assistance resolving complaints accurate payment
processing and a positive overall experience. - Regularly review market trends customer feedback and operational performance to
adjust strategies as needed. - Prepare and present periodic reports on city operations performance and key
initiatives to senior management. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that
promote parking services and enhance customer acquisition.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business
Administration Operations Management or
related field (preferred). - 5 years of experience in parking operations
or related field. - At least 18 years of age.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Reliable transportation must drive at work.
