of Job Duties:The Data and Report Coordinator in the Office of Institutional Research and Analytics is responsible for reviewing coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of data reporting while upholding established standards. This role supports the Assistant Director in organizing complex data requests and collections assists programmers and enhances efficiency by optimizing and organizing recurring data requests and surveys. Additionally the Data and Report Coordinator provides administrative support in human resources budget management and procurement. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.


Qualifications:

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelors degree.

Preferred Education and/or Experience:

  • Experience in higher education;

  • Experience with Workday.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the office with administrative tasks related to human resources budget management and procurement;

  • Coordinate IT procurement-related ticket requests to ensure efficient and seamless processing;

  • Create maintain and provide common data forms to programmers and collect data from these forms to complete survey requests;

  • Optimize and organize reports and presentations created and used by OIRA staff;

  • Coordinate rebranding efforts enforce branding standards for external reports and collaborate with staff to update branding on their reports as needed;

  • Coordinate data collection for non-regulatory surveys and compile the data for the surveys to ensure accuracy and timely submissions;

  • Review general communications sent to external stakeholders (such as pamphlets brochures presentation materials and memos) to ensure proper tone grammar and overall office standards;

  • Ensure programming staff collects and maintains documentation for projects;

  • Coordinate and facilitate feedback sessions and surveys collect data from these activities and provide the information in a report to the Assistant Director as needed;

  • Review data and reports for oddities inconsistencies and overall data quality as a second viewer to ensure high-quality data is presented to stakeholders;

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Demonstrated ability to excel both independently and collaboratively within a team environment;

  • Experience working with Mac OS;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Access Excel PowerPoint and Word;

  • Proven ability to efficiently manage tasks priorities and resources to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
