Responsibilities:
Serve as liaison between doctors and other healthcare professionals regarding new business and customer relations with RHS Canada.
Build business relationships with assigned customers.
Taking the opportunity to prospect for new business and evaluate the sales potential of existing customers as well as maintain existing referral sources.
Pre-arranged appointments with doctors and other healthcare professionals may include details lunch presentations and regular cold calling.
Utilize your customer focused selling skills in your presentations and keeping post call notes to assist with pre-call planning.
Maintain detailed records of all call activity and customer referral history. On-going maintenance and recording of all call activity and customer database management.
Meet and or exceed targets for customer call volume and frequency.
Educate health professionals on disease assessment diagnosis treatment and services.
Utilize reporting tools; provide on-going territory updates including challenges and opportunities.
Collaborate with the operations team in responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Regular review of clinical and product data on-going professional development.
Monitor and report on competitor activity and products.
Organize attend and speak at conferences dinners lunches and other business opportunities.
Participate in the tracking and submission of territory referral activity.
Utilize reporting tools provided to achieve or exceed annual territory referral targets.
On-going interaction with management administrative and clinical team members.
Communicate and collaborate with the District Manager on goals.
Responsible to help create and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Worked in pharmaceutical sales or have relevant training and or experience.
Team player with a pleasant outgoing personality.
Outstanding attention to detail when communicating both orally and in writing.
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and competitiveness.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
A valid drivers license in province of residence.
Criminal record check.
Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office suite.
Post-Secondary education preferably in Business Science Respiratory Healthcare or other.
Agreeing to disclose your COVID-19 vaccination status as a condition of employment.
