Pay Rate/Range: $13.10/hr
Description: Seeking a Warehouse & Shipping Associate for a local manufacturing facility. Will keep the warehouse organized deliver material to the main plant and off-site plants and assist the shipping manager. The Warehouse & Shipping Associate will manage the loading and unloading of outbound and inbound trucks check paperwork for accuracy take monthly inventory and assist in year end inventory. The Warehouse & Shipping Associate will also receive materials and transport them via forklift or handcart as well as load fabric rolls onto the splitting read splitting orders and set up the machine and unload when done.
Job Requirements: No felony criminal history - will have to be certified to make deliveries to a medium security prison. Must be able to lift at least 70lbs have a valid Kansas Drivers License clean driving record be able to drive back up and park a 30 foot single rear axle truck. Be able to read write legibility and use measuring devices. Have the ability to work an 8-10 hour shift and be flexible to work unexpected overtime as shipping or receiving operations experience is preferred.
Potential for pay increase when hired on and will be offered the opportunity to participate in the companys Health Dental Life and Vision insurance after 60 days and an opportunity to join in the 401K retirement program after 90 days.
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-3:30pm and Friday 7:00am to 11:00am.
