About Forcura
Position Summary
Supports new and existing clients in the set up and use of purchased software. Interacts directly with assigned clients maintaining positive relationships. Establishes user accounts and provides log-in credentials receives uploads and validates client data configures features and provides end-user training. Assists clients with ongoing data or system maintenance over the course of the contract. Creates and provides system or implementation process documentation. Suggests feature or functionality changes or enhancements to product management based on client feedback. Escalates concerns or issues to the account management team. May provide pre-sales or proof-of-concept assistance to the sales team or prospective clients during the sales cycle. Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
Job Duties
Expertly operate our proprietary web-based and mobile applications
Consult with new clients to understand their unique business needs in order to effectively configure the Forcura platform
Create and implement project plans that keep the client informed and on track throughout the onboarding process
Efficiently manage the implementation of multiple clients simultaneously from initial introduction through Go-Live
Continuously train and educate clients on the Forcura product offering and platform functionality
Maintain detailed knowledge base articles for client and internal use
Travel when required
All other job related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of Project Management and/or SaaS implementation experience
Excellent organization and analytical skills
Superior solutions-oriented and complex problem-solving skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution
Healthcare or technology industry experience
Prior project planning experience
Physical Demands of Our Work Environment
This position is in an office environment and uses a computer and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Frequent interruptions may be encountered throughout the workday.
