Description
Job Summary: Responsible for sourcing attracting and overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle in recruiting producers to drive firm growth. You will work closely with sales leadership and talent acquisition to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified entrepreneurial producers aligned with our firms goals and values.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition to identify attract and engage experienced insurance producers
- Source potential candidates through various channels including recruiting platforms and industry referrals
- Screen candidates to assess their book of business carrier relationships product knowledge and cultural fit within the firm
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for the designated hiring team
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline of prospective producers across multiple verticals
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates industry associations and internal partners to expand reach
- Collaborate with sales leadership division leads and talent acquisition to ensure a seamless recruitment-to-placement experience
- Effectively communicate the brokerages platform compensation model carrier access service support and growth opportunities to prospective producers
- Track recruitment activity and performance metrics and present regular updates to sales leadership
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor recruiting practices
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree is required
- 7 years recruiting experience within the insurance brokerage or financial services industries is required
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM and recruitment platforms is required
- Proven success in recruiting producers to include familiarity with producer transition processes and non-compete/solicit agreements is required
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple simultaneous and complex tasks and projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
