Build Your Purpose.

We are seeking a full-time Mobile Outreach Response Engagement Stabilization (MORES) - Qualified Professional to provide services to Mental Health and Substance Use individuals. This program is intended to prevent placement into more restrictive settings unnecessary court involvements and decline in functioning. This position provides mobile response services 24/7/365 as needed.

Essential Duties:

  • Responds to crisis within 45 minutes of individual/guardian outreach requests.
  • Continuously assess and reassess the individuals need for services.
  • Serves as a member of the MORES team and assists and/or coordinates as assigned in planning and implementing community engagement and other activities related to the individuals therapeutic goals and mental health needs.
  • Utilizes community-based activities as a means to deliver clinically appropriate behavioral/therapeutic interventions crisis interventions and rehabilitative and psycho-educational activities.

Position Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Services field with two (2) years of experience working with the population to be served.
  • Bachelors degree in a non-Human Service field with four (4) years of experience with the population served.
