Glendale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is growing and were looking for a motivated Parts Counterperson to join our high-volume high-loyalty parts department. This is a great opportunity for someone with dealership experience to work with one of the best Parts teams in the business.

Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
- Schedule: Rotating 4-day workweeks (10-hour shifts)
- Hours: 7:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. including an hour lunch break
- Saturdays: Some Saturday shifts required
- Union Position: Local Union #618
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist retail and wholesale customers at the parts counter
- Support technicians by locating and dispatching requested parts
- Communicate clearly with service writers managers and technicians
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and in-person
- Accurately bill outsold parts and handle returns
- Help manage incoming inventory and support inventory accuracy
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid drivers license
- Minimum 2 years of prior automotive dealership parts department experience (Chrysler/FCA experience highly preferred)
