Job Description
Join our dynamic dealership family as a Parts Counter Person. We are a well-established Ford dealership located in West Chicago with a successful track record in a dealership parts department.
What Youll Do
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle parts needs.
- Continuously develop knowledge of automotive parts and service
- Provide accurate quotes for parts to retail and service customers.
- Respond to inquiries about parts availability and pricing.
- Maintain inventory of parts and place orders as required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactionwith parts.
- Assist with the setup and organizationof the parts department
- Stay updated on industry trends by participatingin educationalopportunities and reading professional publications.
- Contribute to the dealerships reputation by fulfilling customer requests and providing excellent service.
What Youll Need
- Experience with parts in a car dealership environment a plus
- Detail orientation and organizationskills.
- Valid state drivers license.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills email internet use and dealership management system
- Verbal/writtencommunicationand presentationskills.
- Bilingual skills are advantageous!

Compensation Range
- $80000-$100000 per year
