Location: Huntsville AL
Salary: Full Time $131000 / yr.
Brief:
- TheBusiness Systems Analyst willlead the collection capture and management of mission user needs from prioritization through concept development and user story writing to support development and deployment.
- The candidate will facilitate the gathering of business focused requirements to support a product team and product owner in defining the backlog and ensuring the users perspective is considered.
- The successful candidate will focus on requirements gathering on improved usability user experience and driving user adoption and engagement.
- The Business Systems Analyst will identify core business needs and decompose and document in concepts of operation story maps briefings and user stories; document business rules and construct workflow diagrams as needed and provide consultation on complex projects while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
- The ideal candidate will possess the ability to comprehend analyze and interpret documents and can solve problems involving several options in situations.
- Active Top Secret Clearance/with SCI eligibility
- At least six (6) years of management business analysis and/or system engineering experience
- Experience working on systems integration projects
- Experience in business process improvement
- Possess intermediate analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and expectations
- Bachelors degree in related field or in lieu of degree 4 additional years of experience.
