A DM (Demineralization) Plant Operator isresponsible for operating and maintaining a demineralization plant which removes dissolved minerals from water used in industrial processes.They monitor and control plant equipment ensuring efficient and safe water production while maintaining water quality standards.Their duties include routine maintenance troubleshooting and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Core Responsibilities:
- Plant Operation:Starting monitoring and shutting down DM plants RO systems recycle units and filtration units according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Water Quality Monitoring:Regularly testing water samples for parameters like pH conductivity TDS and silica to ensure they meet required specifications.
- Process Adjustment:Adjusting treatment processes and equipment settings to maintain water quality and comply with regulations.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting:Performing routine maintenance troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and repairing pumps valves and filters.
- Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of plant operations including daily logs test results chemical usage and maintenance activities.
- Safety and Compliance:Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and responding to emergencies.
