As Principal at Brixham College you will become part of a thriving network of educational expertise both locally in the Southwest and across our Trust schools. You will benefit from the support from the Education Executive and Strategy teams to enact your vision and reach your goals. You will also join an ambitious and effective group of TSAT Principals who alongside the Regional Director and Deputy Regional Director collaborate to meet the challenges that school leaders face and support each other to drive standards and outcomes.
