Are You:

• Someone who possesses strong financial modeling and analysis skills with previous experience in a complex environment (multi-geography/currency balance sheet and cash flow focused etc.)
• A good communicator who can explain financial concepts and analysis to stakeholders and can partner effectively with all levels of the organization

As the Manager Global FP&A you will be responsible for maintaining Elements global forecasting models analyzing data and effectively communicating results to stakeholders.

A Day in the Life

• Managing Elements global forecasting models in OneStream and MS Excel including balance sheet and cash flow statements
• Coordinate forecast submissions across the business ensuring alignment and a single source of truth
• Perform various analysis in finalizing and presenting forecasts (variance analysis roll forwards and continuities)
• Assist with the monthly operating review and prepare the Board and other presentations
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business Economics Finance or related area; Masters Degree and/or accounting designation preferred
• 7 years of finance experience in an FP&A role
• Strong knowledge of balance sheet and income statements and their relationship
• Prior experience developing strategic finance plans for business implementations
• Proficient use of financial systems and analysis tools including Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel Word PowerPoint)
• Previous public company experience is a strong asset
• OneStream or another planning tools experience a strong asset

The hiring base salary range for this position is $99200 to $136400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge skills experience equity with other team members and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
