What We Need
Were looking for an experienced Head of FP&A to join our Finance team. This role reports directly to the CFO and is responsible for maintaining and improving the companys financial planning systems. Yieldmos FP&A team leads the annual budgeting and planning process owns the companys financial forecast model creates materials for investors and the Board of Directors supports equity raises and other financial transactions and works closely with all other areas of the business to provide ad hoc financial and strategic analysis.
The ideal candidate is looking for the opportunity to make an impact on a fast-growing technology company. Despite your superior modeling skills you also enjoy working collaboratively and partnering with stakeholders across the organization to help assess the financial impact of decisions develop budgets expose actionable KPIs and communicate progress. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in accounting/finance with experience working with complex financial models in Excel and Google Sheets with attention to detail. This is a highly visible role partnering with executive leadership members across all areas of the organization.

US Jobs: The base salary range for this role is: $180000-$220000 per year. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmos total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including experience level skillset and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as these situations the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
