Job Description

Job Description: Field Service Engineer Location Philadelphia US Job Responsibilities Provide high-quality field service engineering support for medical imaging equipment. Perform installations maintenance and repairs on MR and CT imaging systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions promptly. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations concerning medical devices. Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all service activities. Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on new technologies and equipment. Essential Qualifications Must have recent Field Service Engineer experience with a minimum of 3 years. Must have recent experience specifically in MR and CT modalities. Certification from OEMs such as PHILIPS GE or SIEMENS is required. Active state license in the United States is mandatory. US citizens only. Desired Experience Experience with PET CT is considered a nice to have. Previous training from RSTI or ALL PARTS is also advantageous. Salary & Benefits Salary is competitive and will be offered based on the candidates interview performance and skill sets.
