Job Description

Job Description: Director Womens Services Location: Mayfield Ohio United States Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive annual salary in Pounds Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage womens health services within the facility ensuring adherence to high-quality care standards. Utilize critical thinking and decisive judgment to make impactful decisions in a fast-paced stressful environment. Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff fostering an environment that promotes professional development. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and ensure patient satisfaction. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards specific to womens services. Maintain documentation and records related to patient care thus safeguarding confidentiality and integrity. Participate in training and continuing education to keep up-to-date with best practices and advancements in womens health care. Respond to emergencies and take appropriate actions to ensure patient safety and well-being. Essential Qualifications: Must possess a current nursing license for the state of Kentucky. AWHON Certification is required. Minimum of an associate degree; a bachelors degree is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessitated. Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification is also required. Desired Experience: A minimum of 3 years in womens health services or a related field. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferable.
