Role Overview

We re looking for a versatile and independent Marketing Generalist with strong visual skills. This role is ideal for someone who can take a founder s ideas and bring them to life through smart beautiful and effective marketing . It s not a fully fledged strategist role but you should be a strong doer someone who can confidently manage design content and digital funnels while working autonomously.

You ll work closely with the Founder to translate thought leadership into compelling assets manage content calendars and help launch and optimize digital products. We highly value candidates who take initiative think critically and deliver high-quality work without hand-holding.

Note: This role is open to candidates based in Romania or South Africa and includes a paid assessment during the hiring process.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be required upon hire.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Visual

• Design polished presentations PDFs social media carousels and course materials that meet a high aesthetic and professional standard
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets

Content & Marketing Management

• Own the LinkedIn and email content calendar
• Create and schedule posts newsletters and supporting visuals
• Ensure brand tone and messaging consistency

Funnel & Campaign Implementation

• Build and optimize landing pages lead magnets and automated email sequences using Kajabi or similar tools
• Support launches for digital products especially a scenario-planning course

Performance & Reporting

• Track key metrics like engagement list growth and conversion
• Use insights to iterate and improve marketing efforts

Workflow & Operations Support

• Update SOPs manage creative assets and maintain task boards (e.g.
• Help reduce the Founder s operational load by taking full ownership of delegated tasks

Who You Are

• A trained designer with strong generalist marketing skills you can both create and execute
• A self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight
• Adept with tools like Canva Adobe Suite and digital marketing platforms
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail
• Comfortable blending creative and analytical work
• Professional reliable and growth-minded

• Scenario-planning course launched with cohesive branding and supporting materials
• LinkedIn and newsletter channels running on a consistent effective cadence
• Conversion-optimized funnels live and generating leads
