Tasks
Role
As the Product Manager (Market Localization) you will be responsible for ensuring SleekFlows product is functionally appropriate for each of our target markets. Youll work closely with local market teams and customers to identify key use cases and customer scenarios in key markets adapt features within our core product and drive enhancements that ensure strong product-market fit in such markets.
This role requires a blend of product strategy market research cross-cultural empathy and collaboration with the broader Product and Engineering teams. Youll be the voice of each local market ensuring our core product evolves to support diverse usage patterns and regional requirements.
Responsibilities
- Work with local market teams partners and customers to identify usage patterns key personas and use cases specific to each market.
- Translate market insights into clear product requirements & functional specifications and drive enhancements that align with local needs and use cases.
- Develop and maintain a market localization roadmap prioritizing features and updates necessary to achieve product-market fit in key regions.
- Work closely with functional Product Managers Engineering and Design teams to scope and implement features that deliver impact and value to key regions
- Drive other complex cross-squad projects and initiatives to enhance the local market-readiness of our product in key regions
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor updates within local markets
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years or more in Product Management preferably in the SaaS industry
- Proven experience working on localization/globalization of digital products
- Fluent in English Cantonese and Mandarin
- Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies
- Knowledge about SaaS third-party platform integrations and APIs
- Self-driven strong presentation and leadership skills
- Strong relationship management and expectation management skills
- Ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- An ability to think strategically and creatively
- Meticulous attention to detail
