Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-presented and professional Guest Relations Executive (GRE) / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients visitors and stakeholders at our Moshi location. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a welcoming attitude and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors clients and customers with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage the front desk answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Handle walk-in inquiries regarding real estate projects and provide necessary information.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure a seamless visitor experience.
- Receive and sort daily mail deliveries and couriers.
- Assist the sales and administrative teams with data entry documentation and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain visitor logs and records for security purposes.
- Ensure all calls and messages are promptly and accurately relayed.
- Support HR and Admin teams in day-to-day office management tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist / GRE / Front Desk Executive preferably in Real Estate / Hospitality / Corporate Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Hindi and Marathi.
- Presentable confident and customer-oriented personality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
