Job Description

Overview
The TGT English (Trained Graduate Teacher) is a vital role within educational institutions focusing on imparting English language skills to students in middle and high school. This position not only requires a deep understanding of English literature and language but also mandates pedagogical skills to engage diverse learners effectively. The TGT English will develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and foster a love for literature and communication among students. Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing lesson plans that meet educational standards.
  • Delivering engaging lectures on English literature grammar and writing techniques.
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to track student progress and comprehension.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in English Education or a related field.
  • A valid teaching certification for secondary education.
  • Strong command of the English language and literary concepts.
  • Experience in classroom teaching preferably at the middle or high school level.
  • Demonstrated ability to create lesson plans and educational materials.
  • Knowledge of current educational trends and technologies.
