Overview
The PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) in Physics plays a pivotal role in the educational institution by imparting knowledge and fostering understanding of complex physical concepts among students. This position contributes significantly to the students academic growth and competence in the subject preparing them for further studies and examinations. A PGT Physics teacher not only teaches the subject curriculum but also inspires students to develop critical thinking curiosity and a passion for science. Through effective teaching strategies assessments and follow-up support the PGT Physics teacher ensures that students achieve their academic goals and are well-prepared for future scientific endeavors. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Physics or a related field.
- Bachelors degree in Education . or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the higher secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of physics concepts and principles.
- Proficiency in educational technology and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of educators.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in teaching Physics is preferred.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety and management.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students in the field of science.
