Overview
The General Manager Operations - ELV is a pivotal role in our organization responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems within a diverse range of projects. This position demands a strategic vision and operational expertise to ensure the successful of comprehensive ELV solutions which include systems such as security communication and building management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operations of ELV systems across all projects.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and best practices.
- Supervise project managers and technical teams for efficient .
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Oversee budgeting forecasting and resource allocation.
- Engage in vendor selection and management processes.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
- Establish key performance indicators to track operational success.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in operations management preferably in ELV systems.
- Proven track record of successful project management.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems and technologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
