Overview
The Talent Acquisition - Wellness role is pivotal in our organization dedicated to sourcing attracting and hiring the best talent in the wellness industry. This position focuses on optimizing the recruitment processes to find candidates who are not only skilled but also align with our company culture and values related to health and wellness. The Talent Acquisition professional in this area understands the nuances of the wellness sector including mental health fitness nutrition and holistic approaches. By developing strong relationships with candidates and utilizing innovative recruitment strategies this role aims to enhance the organization s capabilities in delivering top-notch wellness solutions to clients. Additionally teamwork with HR and departmental heads is essential to ensure alignment of talent acquisition goals with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored for the wellness industry.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and skill assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for wellness roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide consulting on talent strategies.
  • Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs and recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
  • Enhance employer branding to appeal to wellness industry professionals.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Negotiate job offers and employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Onboard new hires through a structured orientation program.
  • Stay updated on wellness industry trends and labor market conditions.
  • Foster relationships with educational institutions and wellness organizations for collaboration.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications for various wellness positions.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on best recruiting practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferably in the wellness industry.
  • Robust understanding of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
  • Experience in designing and conducting engaging interviews.
  • Certification in HR or employee recruitment is a plus.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve hiring targets.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience in developing and enhancing recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Passion for promoting wellness and health initiatives in the workplace.
