Job Description

Job Title: HR And Marketing

Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an HR And Marketing professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing human resources functions and marketing strategies within our FMCG Exporter of Spices business. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and marketing techniques with a focus on the export of spices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes
  • Oversee employee training and development programs
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Generate reports and present findings to management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in HR management and marketing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
