Lead and implement brand and marketing strategies in alignment with company goals and the Principal s brand guidelines to support business growth.
Act as the key liaison between the company and the Principal ensuring effective coordination on all marketing plans product launches and promotional activities.
Collaborate closely with branches and key accounts to execute A&P initiatives and provide post-activity feedback and learnings to the Principal.
Review marketing performance and recommend improvements to maximize brand visibility and sales impact.
Monitor and manage A&P budgets ensuring accurate tracking documentation and timely submission of all expenses and claims to the Principal.
Conduct regular business reviews with the Principal to report on brand performance market dynamics and strategic initiatives.
Communicate with the Principal on all key marketing matters such as promotional campaigns pricing strategies and product launches with guidance from your superior where required.
Serve as the operational point of contact between branches and the Principal ensuring smooth coordination and issue resolution.
Gather feedback from branches on execution pricing inventory and competitor activity to inform decision-making and campaign adjustments.
Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity in case of execution challenges.
Oversee the assigned product portfolio ensuring consistent brand representation and alignment across all distribution touchpoints.
Conduct regular trade visits with branch teams to observe in-store execution customer feedback and competitor movements.
Undertake other tasks as assigned in support of marketing and brand growth.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or brand management ideally within FMCG or distribution.
Strong command of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Proven experience in working with Principals or external brand owners is a strong advantage.
