Blue Print Out is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dallas TX. This role is responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries resolving issues promptly and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their engagement with our services.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone email and internal ticketing systems
Provide accurate product and service information to clients
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Document all customer interactions and update records accordingly
Collaborate with internal teams (sales production design) to resolve customer concerns
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Maintain knowledge of company products services and processes
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
1 year of experience in customer service or support roles
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
