Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role you will identify new business opportunities build relationships with potential clients and contribute to the expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a strategic mindset and a passion for client engagement.
Responsibilities
Identify and research potential markets clients and new business opportunities
Initiate contact with prospects through calls emails and networking
Conduct client meetings to understand project needs and present solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales activity leads and pipeline status
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2 years of experience in business development sales or client relations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Self-motivated organized and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
