Job Description

This is a remote position.

Interloop is a trusted Zoho Partner and transformation expert in HR and CRM domains. With 400 successful implementations we empower SMBs and mid-market companies across India to digitize automate and scale. We are now looking for a driven articulate and high-ownership Remote Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team and help businesses discover the power of Zoho HRMS and CRM.


Your Mission

As our Client Development Manager you will be the first line of interaction between our prospects and the transformative Zoho suite. Your role is a mix of qualifying leads delivering sharp product demonstrations and closing consultative sales that solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to leads via phone email LinkedIn and CRM tools

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured discovery

  • Schedule and conduct tailored product demos (Zoho CRM and Zoho People) Suites of applications

  • Understand client pain points and map Zoho capabilities accordingly

  • Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to craft winning proposals

  • Close deals and hand off to implementation teams with full context

  • Maintain records in Zoho CRM for accurate reporting and forecasting

  • Track performance against KPIs: meetings booked demos done deals won



Requirements

Experience

  • 2 3 years in B2B SaaS or IT Sales (HRMS CRM or related)

  • Prior experience with Zoho suite is a strong advantage

Skills

  • Strong discovery demo and objection-handling skills

  • Exceptional communication (English & Hindi) both written and verbal

  • Ability to explain tech solutions in simple business language

  • CRM proficiency (Zoho CRM or similar platforms)

Traits

  • Detail-oriented with a structured work approach
