Job Description
To ensure that Housekeeping services provided to guests is in accordance with Omni La Costa standards of service.
Responsibilities
Include the following:
- Assist with the recruitment training and development of the housekeeping team members.
- Responsible for aiding with scheduling payroll project management ordering and receiving.
- Daily walkthroughs of public area spaces and guest accommodation inspections according to standards.
- Ensure that safety procedures are being followed according to Omni standards.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

- Prefer previous hotel supervisor experience overseeing a union team
- Prefer bilingual English and Spanish.

Annual Salary Range: $68640.00k - $73897.71k
The pay scale provided is a range that Omni Hotels & Resorts reasonably expects to pay. Actual compensation offered may fluctuate based on a candidates qualifications and/or experience
