Job Description
About the Role
As a Remote Business Analyst youll serve as the strategic bridge between stakeholders and technology teamstransforming data-driven insights into optimized processes technology and business value.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze current business processes identify bottlenecks and define opportunities for improvement
Elicit document and prioritize business requirements via stakeholder interviews workshops user stories and functional specifications
Develop detailed reports dashboards and data models using tools like SQL Excel Power BI or Tableau
Support user acceptance testing and ensure delivered solutions align with documented requirements
Coordinate projects end-to-end: timeline planning status tracking scope control and post-implementation performance reviews
Prepare clear documentation (requirements process flows test plans) and deliver presentations to both technical and non-technical teams
Collaborate with IT finance operations and other stakeholders to implement effective business solutions
Qualifications
Education: Degree or certification in related field a plus.
Experience: 1 years in a Business Analyst or related role preferably in remote or hybrid environments
Technical Skills:
SQL proficiency for querying and data extraction
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI Tableau)
Experience with process modeling tools (e.g. Visio Lucidchart)
Methodologies: Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or Waterfall project experience
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication facilitation detail orientation and stakeholder engagement
