Apartment Resident Manager For an apartment complex in Cameron Park CA

Right now we are seeking someone to serve as our next Apartment Resident Manager.
Prior property management experience is a plus. Candidate must have good communication skills and be comfortable meeting prospective tenants showing space assessing needs and communicating with supervisor. Excellent time management and computer knowledge are required.
Requirements:
- Valid California drivers license
- Computer knowledge and competency
- Must be able to understand and communicate well in English
Qualifications:
- Written and oral communication skills
- Good with people
- Self-motivated but excellent team player
- Ability to perform functions in a timely manner
- Organized
- Problem solving skills
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to move about property with ease.
Benefits: Discounted apartment rent as compensation for 56 hours of work per month.
