ARE YOU THE LOCATION MANAGER OUR TEAM NEEDS
Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills Can you work both independently and collaboratively If you answered yes and can meet the following requirements we need you as our Location Manager!
Knowledge of the philosophy mission leadership and planning needs of the organization is preferred but not required.
WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE
The typical schedule is Monday Friday 7:30 am 4:30 pm with extended hours including weekends during peak season.
As a Location Manager youre at the heart of operations ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. Youre responsible for keeping the facility and equipment clean and in top operational condition. You coordinate major repairs and enhancements with the Operations Manager keep tabs on seasonal product inventories and manage all purchasing and invoicing processes. Overseeing grain quality inventory and reports is key.
Youre also the leader for your team handling hiring training and performance reviews and ensuring safety policies are followed. Collaborating closely with various business divisions you ensure product delivery and customer service are seamless. Additionally you provide customers with grain bids and manage contracts while promoting the companys products and services. Your role is crucial in maintaining a safe efficient and customer-focused operation at the location!
