Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Citrix Virtualization Engineer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and lead the design implementation and optimization of Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions across both persistent and non-persistent environments supporting On-Premises and Citrix Cloud deployments. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofWichita (KS) orbe willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- This role may involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). The eligible candidates must be US Citizens only.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Minimum3 years of hands-on experiencewith Citrix CVAD Citrix Cloud and Citrix Gateway.
- Strong understanding ofActive DirectoryGroup Policy andWindows OS internals.
- Experience withPowerShell scripting.
- Experience inIvanti Application ControlandEnvironment Manager is preferred.
- Collaborate with security networking and application teams to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in EUC and virtualization.
- Familiarity withHP Thin Client managementis a plus.
- Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
- Migrate users to VDI environments.
- VDI lifecycle management updates upgrades patching.
- Ability to work independently within general guidelines or best practices and manage complex technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
