Job Description
This is an hourly position
Position Summary:
- This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Utility II Shipping Clerk in Packaging department of Rice Mill.
- Assist Leadperson in all duties assigned.
- Must have good math skills organizational skills attention to detail and mechanical abilities
- Good customer service
- Complete bill of ladings
- Scan pallet tags
- Monthly inventory
- Good attendance
- Not afraid of heights
- Can work overtime each day
- All other duties assigned by management
- Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures
- Assist in completing JSAs
- Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.
- Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values
- Ability to manage a diverse team
- Able to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Must speak read write and understand English. Bilingual is a plus.
- Walking and/or standing for extended periods of time
- Working in environments at varying temperatures and noise levels

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired employees will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
