What Youll Do:
- Deliver friendly effective customer support via phone email and chat
- Help customers resolve queries making every interaction a positive one
- Troubleshoot basic product and service questions with patience and clarity

Who You Are:
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken & written)
- English communication skills (at least B2)
- Eager to learn adaptable and enthusiastic about helping others
- Positive attitude and team spirit
