Job Description
On behalf of NDA Post-Production Ad AI SD Solutions is looking for a talented Product Operations Manager to own and drive our end-to-end product operations. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of product engineering design and customer success ensuring our teams execute smoothly stay aligned and deliver on time.
Youll serve as the operational backbone of the product team turning complex moving parts into clear plans and reliable delivery. This is a high-impact position with room to grow into a Head of Product Ops or Chief of Staff track as we scale.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage product execution across teams and stakeholders
- Streamline internal workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Define and track OKRs KPIs timelines and dependencies for product initiatives
- Build and maintain dashboards progress trackers and task boards
- Improve cross-functional collaboration between product engineering design and customer success
- Bring clarity and discipline to fast-moving projects ensuring timely delivery
- Proactively identify risks and remove obstacles to keep projects on track
Requirements:
- 36 years of experience in product operations product management or project management within a tech startup (SaaS experience preferred)
- Proficiency with tools like Notion Jira ClickUp or Monday
- Demonstrated ability to design and manage dashboards trackers and task boards
- Proven experience defining and monitoring OKRs KPIs and dependencies
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
- Clear and effective communicator with excellent written English
- Process-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- High sense of ownership and bias for action sees problems and solves them
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and creating structure in fast-paced environments
Advantages:

- Strong analytical background (Excel BI tools basic SQL
Relevant background:
- Former roles: Product Ops Manager Project Manager Program Manager Chief of Staff or Operations Lead at a SaaS or digital company
- Worked in startups or high-growth tech companies with lean teams
