We are currently seeking a Training & Development Specialist to support and advance our learning and development initiatives across the group
Develop support and manage engaging learning solutions using a range of methods including in-person training e-learning and self-directed materials.
Collaborate with department heads to craft and implement a robust Learning & Development (L&D) strategy and annual training calendar.
Design and develop effective training materials aligned to compliance operational and professional development needs.
Serve as the subject matter expert on the Learning Management System (Canvas) ensuring its smooth operation accessibility and continuous improvement.
Use technological knowledge to enhance training through AI-driven e-learning modules increasing the impact and efficiency of training delivery.
Work with business units to identify new training program opportunities and transform strategic concepts into actionable initiatives.
Assess and map training needs across departments and roles ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the design and creation of training content with a focus on incorporating innovative tools and where possible AI technologies.
Participate in the development and launch of a new training portal to streamline content delivery and tracking.
Monitor emerging technologies and recommend their integration into our training framework to improve learning outcomes.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to support a learning culture and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in the training domain.
Perform other duties as assigned.
